Aimee Filipas | Corporate Operations Director

Aimee joined the Harvest Properties team in 2008. In her current role, she oversees Harvest Properties’ corporate operations, including payroll, benefits, human resources, IT, and risk management. She has 10+ years of hands-on experience and works closely with the management team in defining and integrating corporate initiatives focused on policy design, software implementations, compensation and benefit analysis, performance management, recruiting, and employee engagement.

Aimee holds a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. When she’s not in the office, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. Most weekends she can be found cheering on the sidelines, leading a girl scout troop, or skiing.
