Aimee Filipas | Corporate Operations Director

Aimee joined the Harvest Properties team in 2008. In her current role, she oversees Harvest Properties’ corporate operations, including payroll, benefits, human resources, IT and risk management. She has 8 years of hands-on experience defining and integrating corporate initiatives focused on policy design, software implementations, compensation and benefit analysis, performance management, recruiting, and employee engagement.

Aimee holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California. When she’s not in the office, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters and tackling the occasional DIY home project.
