Brianna Malter | Associate Director

Brianna Malter joined Harvest Properties in 2014 and has managed over 1.6 million RSF of varying Class A/B/C office, industrial and historic assets throughout the East Bay and North Bay regions over her tenure. Brianna’s current focus is managing a variety of office and mixed-use buildings throughout the Oakland and Berkeley markets, with a strong emphasis on the operations and asset management aspects among the properties. Her primary responsibilities include financial reporting, leasing, construction management, loan draws, complex budgeting, vendor performance, tenant relations, and supporting and developing her team.

Brianna grew up in the East Bay and currently lives in San Francisco. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from California State University Chico. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and trips to wine country and Lake Tahoe.
