Chris Wilhelmy | Director

Chris Wilhelmy joined Harvest Properties in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the financial analysis and due diligence of Harvest’s acquisition and disposition activities for real estate projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Chris has over eight years of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions, finance, sales, leasing and development. Before joining Harvest, he spent two years as a financial analyst for Eastdil Secured in their San Francisco office focusing on underwriting investment sales transactions. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Chris worked for CB Richard Ellis as a leasing agent on behalf of the McKesson Corporation.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He lives in San Francisco, but enjoys breaking away from the city for fly fishing, hiking and camping trips throughout Northern California.
