Claire Wang | Associate Director

Claire Wang joined Harvest Properties in June 2021 and serves as an Associate Director on the Development Team. Claire leverages her past experience and design expertise in residential, commercial and mixed-use ground-up development to ensure successful project delivery. Claire is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of development activities from acquisition due diligence, design, entitlement, and project execution through project life cycles.

Prior to joining Harvest, Claire worked at Riaz Capital and specialized in entitlement, design, and construction of multi-family assets, creating affordable luxury experiences in desirable locations for entry-level professionals. Before that, Claire worked as an Associate at SHoP Architects and an Architectural Designer at Perkins Eastman in New York, where she played an integral role in the design management of a variety of large-scale, mixed-use international projects. Claire holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from McGill University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In her spare time, Claire enjoys painting, photography and travelling the world with her family.
