Dawn Lambert | Associate Director

Dawn joined the Harvest Properties team in 2014 and currently is responsible for the property management of more than half a million square feet within the San Francisco Peninsula portfolio. In her prior experience, Dawn held the positions of General Manager at Legacy Partners and Senior Property Manager at Equity Office Properties managing several high rise and R&D/Industrial assets in San Francisco, San Jose, Peninsula and Alameda. She has 17 years of commercial real estate experience with deep knowledge of construction management, property operations, customer relations and financial analysis.

Dawn received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis and holds her California Real Estate License. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys taking family vacation getaways to Tahoe and Hawaii. Dawn balances her free time watching her daughter’s soccer and volleyball games and taking care of her very active Labrador Retrievers.
