Jake Albini | Senior Construction and Development Director

Jake Albini joined Harvest Properties as the firm’s Construction and Development Director in March 2019. At Harvest, Jake leverages his decade-plus long tenure in commercial, residential and mixed-use development and construction expertise to oversee and implement the firm’s development work. Jake’s thorough knowledge of highly complex projects ranging from urban core high-rise developments to sprawling suburban office campuses allows him the flexibility and broad-based skill set to adapt to Harvest’s diverse investment and development executions across the Bay Area.

Most recently, Jake spent eight years at the Jay Paul Company in a senior development management role, overseeing all day-to-day development execution for several very high-profile, complex projects totaling over $3 billion.

Jake earned dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate degrees from the University of San Diego. Prior to attending USD, Jake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a licensed California Contractor.

Jake lives in Lafayette with his wife, three kids, and yellow lab. When he’s not in the office or with his family, Jake spends his free time doing home improvements, yardwork, or any activity where he can get dirty and build something.
