Jenna Hattersley | Operations Director

Jenna joined Harvest in 2014 and is responsible for overall operations and financial performance of 3.5 million sq. ft. of office and industrial property in the East Bay. Jenna brings 11 years of property management experience to her current role with an emphasis on maximizing operational efficiencies, budgeting and forecasting, and construction management.

Jenna began her career at Shorenstein Company in San Francisco. After working at multiple Shorenstein buildings, Jenna joined the Property Management team at The Swig Company and she was responsible for four buildings, totaling 550,000+ sq. ft. Jenna is the chair of the BOMA Oakland East Bay Environment Committee. This ignites her concentration and specialization in sustainability and enables her to focus on the introduction of sustainability initiatives into the properties she manages.

Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband whether it is gardening, walking their black lab, or hanging out at her family lake house in Paso Robles.
