Joss Hanna | Partner

Joss has been a valuable member of the Harvest Properties team since its founding in 2002. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and guiding the performance of several million square feet of industrial, office and R&D property in San Francisco and its surrounding markets.

Previously, Joss was a project manager for Equity Office Properties, responsible for the management and planned disposition of three million square feet of industrial and R&D properties. He has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including sourcing and structuring, construction, managing and leasing, and asset disposition.

Joss holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and a Master’s degree from California Polytechnic State University. Joss lives with his wife and two sons in Marin County. He is a member of ULI and serves on several boards related to wildlife conservation, law enforcement and local youth sports.  In his spare time, Joss spends time in the Southern Cascades of California.
