Karen Littell | Investor Relations Director

Karen joined the Harvest Properties team in October 2017. She is responsible for Harvest’s investor relations program including expanding and maintaining the firm’s relationships with institutional and private capital partners. Karen brings with her 20 years of experience managing capital relationships in the commercial real estate industry.

Previously, Karen served as the Director of Investor Relations for Broadreach Capital Partners, a value- add real estate private equity firm founded by the former executives of Spieker Properties. During her tenure at Broadreach, Karen raised over $1 billion of equity from a broad array of institutional investors and oversaw investor relations, marketing and human resources for the firm. Prior to that, Karen managed investor relations for Spieker Properties (NYSE: SPK) where she was responsible for the introduction, positioning and general marketing of the company to investors. She began her career at Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities) as a Statistical Analyst in their business services investment banking group.

Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the San Francisco Chapter of WIRE -Women in Real Estate. Karen lives with her husband and two sons in the East Bay where she can most often be found hiking the trails, playing tennis or ferrying kids to swim meets.
