Kevin Choy joined the Harvest Properties Development Team as Associate Director in July 2022. At Harvest, Kevin is responsible for supporting all aspects of the development and construction process across a variety of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use projects that range from building repositionings and capital improvements to entitlement and ground-up development.
Prior to Harvest, Kevin served as Development Project Manager for Lendlease leading the initial feasibility, design and early entitlement components of a Mountain View-based commercial project in partnership with Google. He also brings his experience in the multi-family sector to Harvest from his time serving as Development Manager for Western U.S. multi-family developer Sares Regis Group where he worked on several projects throughout the Bay Area including a 292-luxury apartment community in Sunnyvale and a 189-apartment community in San Mateo.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group Advisory Committee and currently co-chairs the Development 360 event series for ULI YLG. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing a round of golf and honing his culinary skills with his wife, and participating in ironman triathlons.
