Kristy Michelmore | Operations Director

Kristy joined Harvest Properties in 2011 and currently oversees the operational and financial aspects of 2M square feet of office and industrial properties throughout the East Bay, San Francisco, and North Bay regions. Kristy’s arsenal of skills includes employee development, financial reporting, complex budgeting, vendor management, tenant relations, and construction management.

Kristy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University. She is a licensed California salesperson and holds her RPA and CMCP designations. In her spare time, Kristy enjoys traveling, photography, and road-tripping down to San Diego with her husband and two dogs.
