Merryl Bautista | Associate Director

Merryl joined Harvest Properties in 2014 and she is part of the San Francisco Peninsula Portfolio team. She is responsible for the property management of Bayshore Technology Park in Redwood Shores, a 1M SF 20-building office campus. Merryl has over 11 years of commercial real estate experience, with emphasis on construction management, operations, leasing and financial analysis. Prior to joining Harvest, she helped run a 1M SF high rise asset in Emeryville, staying on through three different changes in ownership. (Fun fact: Harvest was a tenant of hers at that property!)

Merryl is originally from Maryland and also spent 8 years in the Philippines before moving to the Bay Area. While in the Philippines, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology & Anthropology from Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds her California Real Estate License. In her spare time, you can find Merryl reading, traveling or catching the latest movies, ballets and Broadway shows.
