Originally developed in 1969 and expanded in 1986, the property is a comprised of a single-story steel framed building with 74 parking stalls and six grade level dock doors. The property is fully leased to Oldcastle Building Envelope, a leading manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems that was acquired by KPS Capital Partners in February 2022. This site serves as the company’s Bay Area manufacturing facility for various commercial glass products including curtain and window walls, architectural windows, entrances, storefronts, blast and hurricane resistant windows and entrances.
