Catalyst represents a 14.4-acre, shovel-ready commercial development site comprised of three existing single-story office structures and a fourth site fully entitled for ~195,000 square-feet of new office product. The project is well-located in the heart of Sunnyvale’s Peery Park district surrounded by nationally recognized technology leaders like Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Apple, Amazon, Nokia, Synopsys and Symantec.
Harvest completed construction on Phase I (195,000 sf) on-time and under budget in December 2020, delivering a modern, state-of-the-art office building focused on wellness and outdoor space. LinkedIn leased this building for 15-years while simultaneously purchasing the shovel-ready Phases II & III in late 2021. During Q4 2022, the newly developed Phase I building and the remaining single-story building were sold to two separate buyers producing a successful result for the venture.
