In April 2018, a joint venture, sponsored by Harvest Properties, acquired DC Station at 2001 Junipero Serra Boulevard, Daly City, California. The LEED-EB Silver, office tower is comprised of a nine-story, multi-tenant, best-in-class office building totaling approximately 383,000 square feet.
During its ownership period, Harvest leased over 100,000sf of the project to a variety of tenants both office and life science users, specifically those in the biotech, medical, and health services fields. To further capitalize on robust life science demand, Harvest completed a detailed life science feasibility study and designed lab space floorplans to accommodate the conversion of ~50% of the project to life science use, positioning the asset for a successful sale to a life science buyer in Q2 2021.
