Napa Self Storage is a new multi-story development project located at 1890 Pueblo Avenue in Napa, California. The project is anticipated to be delivered in the first half of 2024 and be managed by ExtraSpace Storage. Sponsored by Harvest Partner Preston O’Connell, upon completion the project will be comprised of a 439-unit self-storage facility on the existing 2.34-acre land site which is situated approximately 1 mile NW of the burgeoning Napa downtown, and directly abuts Pueblo Avenue and Highway 29. The project is centrally located in an established market with strong demand, high barriers to entry, and few competitive facilities. Harvest is entitling a second phase of the project that will add another 43,000 sf of gross area and approximately 434 units.
