Peninsula Office Park is a six-building, 26-acre low-density office campus located directly off of Highway 92 in San Mateo. Comprised of two to four-story buildings that range from 40,000 square-feet to 135,000 square-feet totaling just over 447,000 sf, the property sits atop the SF-Peninsula ridgeline amidst single-family homes, the Peninsula Golf & Country Club, Laurelwood Shopping Center and GoPro and Tesla offices. It features several on-site amenities to include a cafe, fitness center and outdoor seating area with exceptional views of the San Francisco Bay.

Acquired in July 2018 in joint venture with long-time partner Invesco, Harvest leveraged the team’s development expertise to re-entitle a portion of the existing project from commercial to a higher and better use as low-rise residential product. After submitting its Major Application and working closely with the City of San Mateo and local community stakeholders, Harvest received unanimous approval in December 2020 to develop 290 residential units. It subsequently sold the two remaining office buildings in June 2021.
