In April 2019, Harvest assembled a 17.8-acre multi-parcel site along the Bay front in East Palo Alto and is currently working with the City and local residents to successfully transform an underutilized, former industrial area into an active and vibrant mixed-use destination. Among its many features will be 35,000-sf of community-based spaces ,7 acres of new open space as well as Class-A office and lab spaces. At the end of 2020, Harvest was able to add a third parcel to the assemblage providing the opportunity to include an affordable residential component comprised of a mixed-use 95-unit, 100% affordable housing development, with ground floor community-serving civic space, as well as a dedicated parking garage. Harvest has submitted a Formal Planning Application to the City and continues to collaborate with the local stakeholders to develop, update and refine plans.
